    String lock doesn't work well,

    Lock mechanism on string does not hold string tight, it slips . You have to CONSTANTLY readjust pillow position Very irritating especially when your just about to doze off in seat. Newer planes have entertainment screens on back of seat so you can not secure string around back of seat or you will interfere with person behind you watching screen. Ez to blow up with air but good luck keeping pillow in a secure position with the weight of your head on it I have been told I have a fat head maybe that's part of the problem.

    Amazing Product

    Got my Travelrest pillow as a gift and I absolutely love it! Using it on the plane makes flights way easier and I use it in the car on long drives too! It's easily adjustable and super comfy. I really like how easy it is to blow up and then when I'm done using it, it's super easy to pack away too! Will order some more of these for gifts for my other traveling family members, it's way better than any other travel pillow that i've used before.

    Works great!! (Tip: read instructions)

    Ordered my pillow a while ago and have been using it a lot! Easy to bring on flights and pack in the car. A lot more comfortable than those normal shaped travel pillows. My tip for anyone buying one is to read the instructions that it comes with or look at how to use it on their website(or YouTube). There’s a lot of different ways to use it and it’s super comfortable when it’s used right!

    not worth the investment

    I looked at all the reviews and decided upon this product. I tried it on my most recent flight. It just doesn't work at all for me and I am sending it back. It won't stay in place and is not comfortable.
