    The CD came in cracked with poor packaging. Next time, have the CD wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent it from cracking during shipment.

    I responded to this buyer who stated I packaged poorly as though they are professionals. I asked if the package was damaged, and buyer stated no. So just because I wrap in packing paper and a box doesn't mean it was wrapped poorly. Sounds more like upon opening a kid or someone got ahold of the cd, broke it and they want a free cd. Wouldn't do any offers or business with this buyer.
