Product finally arrived almost 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. Aside from that, it was advertised as brand new, but is clearly not new. The box is torn/dirty and in used condition, the unit is dated 2019 so it is 5 years old. The plastic film was added onto the pump to try to make it look new but it is clearly an attempt to be stuck back on. What a disappointment. BEWARE if listed as “NEW”
