received the tape deck and it was DOA. plugged it in and nothing...seller will not refund or help out...Unacceptable!!

Hello Ffejef6,As we said in our last message, we test and outsell the best electronics. I assured you that we have insurance on the package and it would cover your purchase cost. Sadly we do not take returns due to scammers buying good electronics and returning their broken on. Please understand. This negative review hurt my business and the product left my hands working.
