    Laptop in like-new condition. Delivered on time, as-advertised. Great value. Seller worked with me on a supply issue that was resolved in my favor. Backplate was disassembled on arrival, and I had to purchase a special bit to fix, at a cost of an additional $20. Seller states they do this so I can swap out parts, which is a reasonable rationale, but I wish I could have asked them to screw it in and save me the job and $. Not enough to lose a star, but other buyers should be aware beforehand.
