This is a very robust and commercial grade monitor arm. I like that it doesn't use gas struts or oil filled struts to hold the monitor at the desired level, which can fail. The cable holding and hiding is also great. Just keep in mind that this model doesn't allow the monitor to pivot (be turned 90 degrees) like some newer models. To turn a monitor 90 degrees you need to reinstall the mounting plate at 90 degrees. It's a good solid high quality monitor arm.
