Packaging was ok, box was punctured on arrival but pump wasn't damaged, any filler material would stop the pump making holes in the box during shipping, however shipping was quicker than advertised which allowed me to finish the job faster and get the car back to the customer, so A+ for that! Overall I'm happy with the purchase!
