Box was packaged well in a recycled box that had been cut down to size but still protecting product- all good.
Product box was misshapen/warped when opened - no damage was listed on auction.
Was charges $30 postage - the postal sticker says $14.50.
Asked seller to allow posting to NZ at my cost - refused, so i had to contact family to receive package then forward on to me.
Asked seller why i was charged twice the cost shipping actually was -“i had to cut a box down, package, and go to post it”
