It comes totally cleaned, so you will be walked through setting everything up. Similar to the size of a large tablet (I have another Chromebook which is much larger), but a nice size for travel. I got it for my daughter who has to run some pretty good sized programs on this, and even without super high memory, it runs smoothly with no issues, typical of a Chromebook. Memory is expandable. Was shipped quickly.

I bought this one for $40 and everything works so far. The only thing I noticed were some small scratches on the back and the side power down button was a little sticker but other than that this is a 10/10 product and it saved me money

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall.
