    Arrived on time, well packaged and protected. Functionally, the computer seems to work ok; time will tell. . Cosmetically, it definitely is not "A-" as was listed. I would consider it C grade. The screen was smudged and required significant cleaning. Four of the keys were smudged with some type of brownish substance that virtually obscured the letters. I was able to clean them with rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip. One of the hinge covers is broken and there are significant abrasions on the cover.
