I was extremely disappointed that I only received the sleeve and disc in a envelope. Stated on description that Dvd comes in a undamaged case . Contacted seller and still awaiting response to confirm why customer service was not up to scratch. Tread with precaution when buying products with this seller.

Firstly DVD was NOT in V Good condition so she refunded me. And secondly - I had to pay £5 to get my package. If I knew it was just for this DVD I wouldn't have bothered and just claimed back on non delivery but I have other things arriving so didn't know what it was. Seller is totally ignoring my requests for the £5 refund. Not my problem you bought fake stamps (and are still using them) but it is a problem you are ignoring me. Ebay are now involved. Look after customers. Not yourself.
