I bought both gears and found that I didn't need to replace the worm gear and so I could have saved a few dollars by buying only the main drive gear. Unfortunately I dropped the opener and it doesn't work and so I wasn't able to check if the gear was going to work properly in the opener, but I'm sure it would have fixed the problem.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
