It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I received the watch in a timely amount of time. The watch was as stated. It was new and packaged beautifully with the warranty card included. Unfortunately, the watch was not to my liking. The band was stiff and I wasn't crazy about the gold. It was too shiney. I have to return it and that went well too. Very good seller to work with. This watch is absolutely perfect. Description is exactly what was delivered. Unfortunately the 43mm is just too big for my wrist so I will be returning it. But the whole transaction was seamless from start to finish and the delivery time was very fast. They even accommodated my shipping address change after the order was processed without any issues.
