These are great. I never realised how much my feet hurt, until I wore these Sox & experienced NO pain. I measured my calf & purchased the corresponding size (as per chart). Personally, I would suggest measuring your calves & buying the next size up. Mine dig in to me just below the knee & can get painful, HOWEVER, my calves & feet are no longer chronically painful.
