not the greatest experience with this seller, the unit came cracked at the bottom but because i didnt check it or take it out of the box until 2wks later (when my plumber was able to came to install) it was too late, i rang customer service which told me i should have opened it and checked it on arrival, the box was not damaged in anyway so didnt think i would need to rip it all apart to check
