    Description stated bad keyboard + trackpad item arrived and I open the box to find the item very badly damaged the lcd panel is destroyed I let the seller know and they said. The item was untested and I let them know what the description said they ignored me and never responded back. The description was an absolutely lie. Terrible customer service I am never ever buying.     Exactly as described. MacBook worked perfectly besides the bad keyboard and trackpad, I would buy from this seller again. I would have preferred that the Mac shipped in a box instead of being wrapped in cardboard and then inserted in dual padded shipping envelopes. But it was still quality packaging.     Don't waste your money

    I guess it's a good value speaking only to do with price, but as far as value for money spent it's a waste. Problems trying to hook to internet problems with keyboard keys sound quality poor. phone hook up app keeps popping up on screen out of nowhere and won't go away for several seconds. Like I said in the title Don't waste your money, you will be a lot happier and less poorer.

    Poor WIFI connection

    Most features of the tablet worked fine. However, the WIFI connected only intermittently, making it pretty useless. Also, the USB charging cable connector came apart when I pulled it out of the tablet.
