Package was delivered promptly and the the seller quickly answered my query regarding the origins of the products.
While the components appear to be OK, I was very disappointed to see that the boxes containing the tap and the shower head had been opened. The package with the tap fitting and instruction leaflet was in very poor condition and seemed to have sustained water damage. This seems at odds with the product description (new)
