Failed to disclose gouges in the front faceplate, or that a SK Hynix M.2 2230 SSD drive with a cheap plastic 2230-2280 adapter was included instead of the OEM M.2 2280 SSD drive typically made by Samsung. Found problematic dislodged power connector. Packed well for shipping to USA buyer.

This buyer demanded additional parts that were not included in the auction description, we offered to send them to him for the cost of shipping- he then then tried to modify the computer and knocked a cable loose, and blamed us. We insisted they open a no hassle, no questions asked return in which we pay return shipping. They refused (because the computer is perfectly acceptable), & dropped an F bomb in a confused and raging rant over several messages. We blocked them from future purchases. :-)

SELLER IS A LIAR. No attempt was made to modify the computer, it didn't work upon arrival and a loose power connector was the cause. No demands for additional parts were made, seller was asked if hard drive screws were included, and they still sent the wrong ones. Singular use of an F-bomb was in response to seller constantly pushing for a return after being told no multiple times. Direct quote for context: **** the money, I could care less about that, but I do expect HONESTY and SINCERITY.

Shipping was super quick, 2 days. The pc came as described. Seems to be functioning just fine so far. My only complaints, though minor, is that inside the case was dusty. Also, screws for the pci/pcie slots were missing. I had some on hand and blew out the dust. The price was great and I am very pleased with my purchase. This is a great seller. Thanks!
