A little disappointed because I got Hogwarts new and sealed but it still had a crack inside of the case after opening and everything still works fine so I’d say it’s overall a positive experience. Plus whoever handled it through shipping could of tossed it or it got damaged through transportation so It would be unfair for me to blame the seller. I would recommend this seller for sure but if I could change what I did I would pay more and get it boxed or request a fragile label. Just me though.
