Item was listed as open box. I don’t feel that the item was “thoroughly inspected and tested before being resold at a reduced price”. Unit arrived with a message on the recorder implying a used condition without imparting complete knowledge of history. Two week experience confirm that the batteries are less than desirable for holding its charge. My conclusion is that the unit was not thoroughly inspected and tested before listing. Is it used or open box? RK
