      I'm not buying my previous soy sauces anymore. Say "no" to cheap black salty water :D

      Much less salty than cheap factory-made soy sauce. I didn't even have to taste it to see the difference. Right after pouring it onto the plate, you see oily texture, smell rich fragnance, it's just something else. Now I undestand why "cheap sauces" were called "black salty water". Well, don't get me wrong, it's not like maple syrup or honey, it's not THAT oily and sticky. But it's easy to see the difference when typical sauce runs down off the curvature of the plate almost instantly, and this one does it much slower. As for the taste, less salt means you can feel all the other parts much better. It tastes great with plain rice, great with fried with veggies, great with sushi and fish in other forms... I have no idea if there's a thing with which this sauce would taste worse than the ...
