Haven't tested it in-circuit just yet, but it checks out perfectly at 9.96k ohm on my multimeter, and the slider operates nice & smoothly. Quality Alps part at a fair price, & quick, free shipping! (You'll see in my attached photo, (new one is installed), that I had to cut down the slider shaft a little to match the old one from a Yamaha electric piano I'm repairing for a friend. Cuts pretty easily, then filed it smooth. Easy-peasy!) Thank you so much!! A+++++
