Overall it was positive but my case came with a white coating which it did look like mold. I contacted the seller and I was reassured that it was not mold and it could be easily taken off with an eraser (which it did not) or alcohol. I just felt that the messages could have been more clear but they were still very polite but it did take a bit of time to get a response.
Overall the experience was good and I more than likely buy again.
