We gave the customer the option to call DT Systems to see if they can troubleshoot the issue with their Collar and to make sure that they have the Handheld Transmitter. Also, the customer stated that they charged with 240 volts, which would kill the battery in the collar. The customer did not open a return, said that it is too much trouble. Instead, posted this negative feedback, which we are contesting.
