Auch wenn die gelieferte Ausführung nicht zum Bild passte (schwarze anstatt brauner Ausführung), hat man in kürzester Zeit die Preisdifferenz (in unter einer Stunde) erstattet. Zoundhouse hat sich vorbildlich verhalten. Gerade in den Situationen, wo etwas nicht klappt, trennt sich der Weizen vom Spreu und man merkt, auf welche Händler man sich verlassen kann. Gerne wieder!

Interesting shop, the ordered goods agree with the description and maybe even better, I ordered "B-Stock". Delivery slightly after the promised date, but no big deal, the tracking code only worked on the day of delivery. A little worse communication, no one answered me, I wrote 3 times. The Holy Grail Max has the best sound you could ask for. I have used other delay/reverb pedals but this one is my favorite by far and worth the extra money for sure. I love playing my guitar so much more since buying this pedal. The "plate" setting sounds very eery and creepy. The reverse reverb is super crazy and is a huge plus for this pedal. Very psychedelic. The hall setting is also really cool. I read some review saying it is good for vocals as well and i agree 100%. I love how much control you have over the sounds. Some pedals don't have knobs for the blend or time so it is nice to be able to get the exact sound you want whenever you play. Very easy to use and sounds awesome!
