It's hard to tell that the item has been "opened not used" all the accessories were there & protective plastic was still on the thumb rest. I'm happy with the price I paid and was pleasantly surprised by the postage cost. I've contacted the vendor regarding a small matter and they have been extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

Took a while to arrive but this was down to UK Customs & Excise and the Xmas period and all in all was kept in the loop via parcel tracking and direct emails from Roman at Zoundhouse, who was superb and answered all questions when contacted. Guitar was superbly outer packaged by Zoundhouse and arrived brand spanking new and undamaged. In the end, a pleasure to deal with, despite delays mentioned, many thanks for a guitar I thought I'd missed out on as out of stock in UKFender Joe Strummer Telecaster, Rosewood Fingerboard, Black (#325595510613)
