After receiving the item I was immediately bothered that this was not a new product as the listing described. It was wrapped in eBay bubble wrap. When I inspected the item, I could not only see it was not new, but was dirty, dinged up and had some dirt in it. When I asked for a return, the seller at first was slow to respond and then accepted return, but wanted me to pay for the return with no way of know if I would be refunded. Thankfully, eBay stepped in to help with a return label.
