They had been late one month and the phone wasn't unlocked, in the end, they recalled the phone to be fixed and refunded the money that I paid for it now they have increased the same phone the double the price!

The item I purchased was advertised as unlocked to a telecommunications network. I checked with the vendor and they guaranteed that it was unlocked. When I received the item it was actually locked to Telstra. Vendor asked for item to be returned and advised that they would send an item of equal or greater value that was unlocked. I returned the item they said that there were no
unlocked devices available and refunded my money. A very big run around and I feel deceived by this company. Beware!!
