Item not as described, tent keeps making noise when there's wind so I had trouble sleeping and bugs keep going inside the tent even when everything is closed and pegged properly. Seller is unhelpful regarding returns, advised that used items cannot be returned and charges minimum of 20% restocking fee. On the other hand, eBay customer care has been helpful, hopefully I will receive refund smoothly once I send the item or I will escalate it via eBay team.
