It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I received the watch in a timely amount of time. The watch was as stated. It was new and packaged beautifully with the warranty card included. Unfortunately, the watch was not to my liking. The band was stiff and I wasn't crazy about the gold. It was too shiney. I have to return it and that went well too. Very good seller to work with.
