Arrived bent. I would have sent it back, but I already had my mower torn apart. I straightened it and after a struggle, managed to install it. I have mowed twice since the install and it makes the ride substantially better. I wish it hadn't arrived bent, and I wish it was easier to install, but it works great. I would buy again.
