Items were essentially as described, and shipped promptly. However, the ICs were embedded in decades-old antistatic foam which was disintegrating, and it was quite an effort to clean off the pins of the ICs. Fortunately, they did clean up, not like some old ICs where this type of foam actually corrodes the pins themselves.
