    Works fine

    I'm a home cook who just likes the right tool for the job. I don't recommend this for use on a non-stick surface, but it's great for cast iron. If you have cast iron or other metal surface,like outdoor grill for example, this is a great value.

    Pro grade product

    I've worked on a flat top as a teenager and wish that I had this instead of the crappy bent and easily deformed piece that I had to use. This thing will last forever. Nice sharp edges. Very sturdy. Exceeded my expectations.
