Hi I received this item but the lid was off and I lost some gravy in transit. As I have left you positive feedback I suggest you tape the lid down well if you don't want a lot of complaints. Have just dealt with Gravox with lid off and a lot of gravy mix lost with same problem. Lid not taped down and off the container in box. No satisfaction with that mob so am not going to waste my time complaining to you. Please adopt my suggestion as You will get more complaints and it's costly.
