    This is a very basic Pilates bed. It’s not very stable and easily tips over. It’s very lightweight and needs more stability. The springs are elastic bands and all 5 have the same tension, so it’s a bit tricky to gauge how many you need. Also, just one spring is too heavy, and all 5 springs are not heavy enough for footwork.
