Item arrived in great cosmetic condition and as described in the original packaging. Unfortunately it suffered an internal failure and didn't work on arrival, which after reaching out to the manufacturer was determined to be a common issue with the product. This seller was apologetic and took responsibility, issuing a refund.
The issue was not the fault of the seller, but they handled it well. I'd buy from them again and can recommend them as an honest seller.
