Hello, I just bought this gorgeous bird feeder, it was delivered today. When I put the plate into the ornate wire holders one of the wires dropped off the frame and the glass plate smashed on the floor. The part with the 2 holders stayed intact, not the single one. It appears that it wasn’t correctly soldered. Can you please help?
