The seller included a card which indicated that the book was part of a life-long collection of her brother Rick, who passed away from cancer. She also mentioned a few personal details about her brother. I had a best friend named Rick who was also a life-long comic book collector, and who also passed away from cancer, so the story was especially meaningful and touching for me. The book itself was sealed and in perfect condition. Shipping costs were very reasonable. I'm totally pleased.
