The seller packed the item well, and worked with me to determine a fair shipping cost. The original ad photos, however, did not depict the upper left corner of the rear heat sink, and when the item arrived, there was a piece broken from that corner. The seller did offer a return, however, I decided to keep the unit nonetheless. The ad photos did display the AM antenna, however, this was not received in the package. He did offer to send it to me if he found it.

    A MUST HAVE for adventurers!

    Safety first and safety always, especially for frequent travelers, hunters, hikers, anglers, or any outdoor aficionados. This is one of those items that is better to have and hopefully never need, than to need and regretfully not have. NOAA registration is quick and easy. Protect yourself, protect your loved ones.     Good Safety Equipment but Pricey

    I think it is a decent valua but do feel it should be more in the $150 range. Safety equipment should not be over priced as it could save lives.
