Use the lightweight, industrial Zebra S600 Series Label Thermal Printer for quality, high-end labels, stickers, a variety of tags, and barcodes. The printer is compact, easy to slide into an empty desk corner or counter area after each use, and mobile enough to move it to the next workstation. Compatible with any computer running Microsoft Windows operating system, the Zebra S600 weighs 16.98 pounds and has a depth of 17 inches by a width of 8.3 inches and a height of 13 inches. The Zebra printer uses thermal transfer technology to imprint letters, numbers, symbols, and images onto several types of media that include fanfold, continuous, die-cut, perforated, notched, black mark, and tag stock. The machine’s core diameter is 3 inches, and it can fit a roll with a maximum diameter of 8 inches. Print labels, name tags, or sales barcodes on-demand at a speed of 6 inches per second with the 32-bit RISC processor. With a resolution of 203 dpi, you always get high-quality prints without the extra cost of ink or toner cartridges. Install the software and follow the instructions booklet that comes with the Zebra S600 Label Thermal Printer to import address book information from compatible Windows programs, such as Office or QuickBooks. Make sure to update your PC’s drivers before installing the software. You can also create the templates that come with the software and insert your company’s name and images. The printer package comes with software, drivers, and several instruction booklets including a ZBI-Developer User Guide, a ZebraDesigner Fonts and Graphics Downloader User Guide, and a Link-OS Addendum Guide for extra programming language help. Keep the quick start guide with the Zebra printer for a fast reference when using it at different workstations. The Zebra S600 printer has built-in sensors to automatically read four programming languages, ZBI, ZPL, and ZPL II, and it prints in eight different fonts. Use the label tear-off sensor and cutter to slice each label after it prints or program it to cut in different increments, such as every five stickers. If the labels don’t cut smooth, check the cutter. You may need to clean sticky residue from regular use. With its size, speed, ease of use, and its lack of accessories to move around, the Zebra S600 printer is perfect to bring to conferences and similar gatherings for printing professional-looking name tags and file folder labels on-the-spot. All you need to do is use the USB interface to connect the Zebra S600 printer to any compatible laptop and a power source to impress the rest of the event’s attendees. Along with printing labels, name tags, and custom stickers, print a variety of barcodes, such as MaxiCode, CODABLOCK, LOGMARS, UPC-A, UPC-E, QR code, and Code 11 with the Zebra thermal printer.
