I powered on this mirror and I noticed the display has lines through it. I thought it may have been the new Rydeen camera I bought. So I pulled the Rydeen camera off my Tahoe and installed it, but the same thing happened. Tried to contact the seller. Of course I received no response. I wound not purchase from the seller.

First, I have pictures proving this was a new unit, so it may have been something that occurred during shipping that caused the issue. Second, we are a business that is closed on the weekend. The buyer contacted us on Saturday and left the bad feedback on Sunday without giving us a chance to respond. I will gladly take back a product that is defective.
