    To get the negatives out the way, the product was not as described. It was listed as "New" with f/s (Factory Sealed). What I received was actually a refurbished device, identifiable by non-official stylus with scratchy end, spots of dirt between the outer screen cover and the LCD, and slight discolouration around the buttons from human touch. However, the seller quickly agreed to refund me half the item cost, replace with another unit, or send it back for a full refund. Hence the positive rating
