Sofar very disappointed, the tablet arrived 3 days later ....absolutely bare wrapped in bubble plastics...with missing special pen, no charger no guide to set the thing up. Or complimentary protective screens. Just a small connection wire...to what ?? I contacted you before especially for a charger...so far all it does slow charging using a old charger....Anyway how long are we going to wait now for the missing items.... a bit of service goes a long way.

Phone listed as brand new never used but seller dispatched phone 8 days latter (listing stated same day dispatch) The phone I received was old refurbished activated 2021 (see photo). I contacted the seller seeking compensation for the price difference between new and refurbished. He offered $15. I think he was making a joke. Be warned this seller is not to be trusted!!
