After listening to Andrew Huberman explore research on the benefits of Hemp Seed oil in regards to mood stabilisation and the general health benefits of Omega 3's,6's and 9's, I replaced my usual fish based tablets with Hemp Seed oil. A noticeable increase in mood and general feelings of wellbeing. Pretty impressive when you consider it works out to around $4 a week 🙌🏻 🌟
