    Ordered echo 590 chainsaw with bar and chain. When I received the package, I noticed that it looked like it had came to a combat zone during the USPS shipping process. When I open the box, the bar was no longer in the box had a big hole where it probably had fallen out during shipping. The chainsaw was busted up. I took pictures and notified the seller, the seller started the process immediately to refund money. The seller did an awesome job making it right?
