      Works great w/good power & features!

      Toothbrush has good power - especially compared to my old one that died - plus it pulses when it figures you've finished a "quadrant," ~~ also has a light that will come in if too much pressure against teeth occurs... Very happy with purchase - hope it lasts as long as prior toothbrush//definitely recommend this one and will buy it again in future...

      This is an Oral-B 2000

      The Oral-B 2000 and Oral-B 2500 toothbrushes are identical and differ only in that the model 2500 is sold with a travel case (which I did not receive). Hence, the model 2500 is usually priced higher. This toothbrush is white/white, where the Oral-B 2500 is usually black/white although a pink/version was released. Although I would've preferred the black or pink versions, the white is attractive too. It functions well, with the sensitivity mode and timing functions proving useful. I would've rated it 5 stars because it is solidly constructed (made in Germany) and works very well. However, I made this purchase specifically because it was advertised as an Oral-B 2500 and I thought I was also purchasing the travel case.

      Great basic electric toothbrush

      I was looking for three features - rotary head, 2 minute timer, indicator if I was pressing too hard. This has all three and it is working well. It does not have the travel case, but I don't need it.

      So far so good.

      This is my second Oral B electric toothbrush because I had to replace my first one because it no longer held a charge after 4 years. This one is a simpler model at 1/3 the cost and gives me only the basic features I need such as the timed 30 second periods and 2 minute period and the red flashing "too hard" warning. Love it so far. Hope it lasts more than two years!

      Works better than expected

      I've had the vitality Oral B for years and it was time for a replacement. The 2500 works perfect! It has 2 speeds, a pressure sensor and a timer. It also holds a charge really well - 2 weeks so far! Wasn't looking for anything fancy with bluetooth,etc - I prefer the Oral B over sonic care because of the rotating brush head.
