    We contact the buyer from 4/29 to 5/4, I sent 4-5 emails to cancel because we found the problems before ship. We can't ship the junk item to buyer. So, we contact eBay for help. Ebay cancelled the order because buyer not reply. Not cancelled the order by us. We contact our customers every day. I tried to let buyer buy again and I will give her free shipping next. But she don't want buy again and leave this native feedback. We are always here.
