I was immediately dishearted & suspicious of the - Messy Hair Bun - pieces the moment I saw the 2 individual dirty snap lock bags containing hair bun pieces. I knew instinctively that they would have been USED already. And I was right. Both messy hair bun pieces looked dishevelled, split-ends & ditty. I do not write negative reviews but in this situation I feel based on what I received that I have been decieved. I hope this helps someone else make an informed choice.

REVISING FB: March. Purchased: 24th Jan. Kept packed, as not ready for use. Unpacked in March for use .. found then there was uncompleted stitching to front pocket corner. WAS NOT used. Contacted Seller asap after surgery when home .. sent good photos of poor workmanship found when unpacked. Seller replied quickly .. will NOT admit this fault as I'd left FB. There is obviously no 'quality control' before sending orders. Waste of money. ALL noted in FB is tue .. this fault & the response is pity!
