The vendor was friendly and answered all my questions quickly and patiently. He also made a follow up on the shipping , letting me know when the clarinet had arrived in Germany The instrument was safely packed in two boxes with bubble wrapping. The clarinet is in excellent condition, ready to be played. Recommend 100%. DHL was a bit slow at first but the instrument made it on time. Only 4 stars for shipping though it wasn’t the vendors fault. He dispatched the same day.
