Good heater absolutely terrible suction cup.
This heater does it's job by keeping the temp at around 78 but the auction cup does not stick to the glass like it should. Mine is just hanging in the water because no matter how hard you try it will not stay on the glass and you cant even take it off and put on a better quality cup. Had I known suction was a problem I would not have purchased thus heater. If you are looking for a heater that stays on the glass, this isnt it. If you don't care about the suction cup actually doing what it's supposed to do and you just need to heat a 10 gallon, go for it, it does a great job regulating the temperature.This heater does it's job by keeping the temp at around 78 but the auction cup does not stick to the glass like it should. is not good enough for a 29 gallon thank, not enough heat, it's advertise for a 30 gallon, but it doesn't reach the right temp. I like this item but not sufficient heat

Good Value
I like the preset temperature setting concept. I've went through several other heaters that were more expensive and had unnecessary settings for my application. I had two of them short out, shock me, and kill some fish. I'm hoping that won't happen with the simplicity of this heater.
